Almost for all business needs there is an open source technology solutions. It is better then a proprietary software because these software are from multiple brain regardless of geographical limits. But currently the major proprietary vendor claims that "opens source is a bleeding end technology" and "there is no proper support". But I can say it is not bleeding edge in other way the software is ever growing. and you all know that lot of forums give open source technology supports.
